These terms summarize the basic rules for accessing and using Certferra. They are intended to make the platform expectations clear at a practical level.
Service scope
Certferra provides exam preparation materials and study tools for candidates preparing for CISI-related certification routes. The platform should be treated as a preparation aid rather than an official source of certification requirements.
Pass Guarantee
If you use Certferra seriously for a module and still do not pass the related CISI exam, contact support within one year of purchase and we will renew access to the same module so you can prepare again.
The guarantee renews Certferra module access only. It does not cover CISI exam fees, third-party costs, or promise a specific exam outcome. Certferra cannot guarantee a candidate's exam result, because the official exam is administered by CISI or its appointed testing partners and depends on each candidate's preparation, exam-day performance, and current syllabus requirements.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out under your account. Access to premium content is limited to the purchaser and may not be shared or redistributed.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or attempt to automate access to the platform in ways that interfere with normal operation or violate applicable law.
Changes and availability
Certferra may update content, question banks, pricing, and product features over time. Platform availability may change during maintenance, releases, or infrastructure incidents.
